Struck-By Survivors & Families Tier To honor your resilience and dedication to roadway safety, TIM Heroes completely waives our organization's fundraising markup for struck-by survivors and their families.
Standard Plate Cost: $40 (Covers the $34 PennDOT fee + $6 PCI manufacturing cost).
Personalized Plate Cost: $176 (Covers the $170 PennDOT standard/customization fee + $6 PCI manufacturing cost).
TIM Heroes does not make a single dollar on these plates; they are provided strictly at our raw hard cost to ensure you can proudly display the Move Over message.

PennDOT Application Fee ($34): This covers the Commonwealth’s mandatory vehicle registration plate fee.
PCI Manufacturing ($6): This pays Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI) for the physical production of your heavy-duty aluminum plate.
TIM Heroes Donation ($20): Every remaining dollar goes directly to our 501(c)(3) to fund our "Move Over" educational, training and public awareness campaigns
Personalized Plate Description ($196)
What is included in the $196 personalized plate fee? Transparency is important to us. Here is exactly where your one-time $196 payment goes:
PennDOT Application & Customization Fee ($170): This covers the Commonwealth’s $34 baseline application fee, plus their $136 premium fee for your custom 5-character configuration.
PCI Manufacturing ($6): This pays Pennsylvania Correctional Industries (PCI) for the physical production of your custom aluminum plate.
TIM Heroes Donation ($20): Every remaining dollar goes directly to our 501(c)(3) to fund our "Move Over" educational, training and public awareness campaigns.
